OTCShield provides neutral middleman facilitation for digital transactions. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety. The scope of our responsibility is limited exclusively to the explicit terms documented within each individual escrow agreement.

All parties engaging our services accept full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and enforceability of their deal terms. The quality and specificity of the contract is determined solely by the buyer and seller at the time of deal creation. OTCShield does not validate, verify, or guarantee the terms agreed upon between parties.

Fund allocation in any circumstance, including but not limited to disputes, partial deliveries, or ambiguous outcomes, is at the sole and final discretion of the assigned OTCShield middleman. Decisions are based exclusively on the documented contract terms and evidence provided. All middleman decisions are final and binding.

OTCShield bears no responsibility for any matters, outcomes, losses, or damages arising outside the explicit written terms of each escrow agreement. This includes but is not limited to: third-party platform actions, post-transfer issues, undocumented verbal agreements, market fluctuations, or any circumstances not specifically addressed in the contract.

Our service is limited to holding funds and releasing them per the agreed contract. We do not provide legal advice, arbitration beyond contract terms, insurance, or guarantees of any kind. Users acknowledge that outcomes depend entirely on the clarity and completeness of their own agreements.

By using OTCShield services, all parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTCShield, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from transactions facilitated through our service. Users accept all risks associated with their transactions.
